The Aurora Ärztezentrum is a full-service medical center located in Vienna's 9th district, housed in a historic palace building from 1860. Since opening in 2018, the center combines Vienna's high medical standards with the comfort and service quality of a five-star hotel. The facility spans 350 square meters and brings together over 15 specialist physicians across multiple medical disciplines under one roof, offering preventive care, aesthetic treatments, and physical therapy services.
We partnered with The Aurora to redesign their existing website and optimize its performance. The clinic needed a digital presence that would match their premium positioning, effectively communicate their comprehensive medical services, facilitate online appointment booking, and provide a user experience that reflected the sophisticated in-clinic atmosphere they've established.

The existing website suffered from severe performance problems with page speed scores of approximately 50 on mobile and 70 on desktop. These slow loading times created poor user experience, particularly problematic for a premium medical center where digital impression significantly influences patient perception and booking decisions. The Aurora houses specialists across numerous medical disciplines including general medicine, preventive care, aesthetic treatments, dermatology, ENT, gynecology, orthopedics, and physical therapy.
