Chroni is a SaaS time tracking and team efficiency platform designed to help businesses monitor employee productivity, track project hours, manage workload distribution, and gain insights into team performance. The platform targets companies seeking to optimize resource allocation, improve project profitability, and understand how time is spent across teams and projects.

We partnered with Chroni to design their MVP product and create a marketing landing page. The project required defining core MVP features that would deliver immediate value while remaining achievable for initial development, designing an intuitive product interface that makes time tracking effortless rather than burdensome, and creating a landing page that would effectively communicate value to business owners and team managers evaluating time tracking solutions.

The MVP serves as the foundation for market validation and customer acquisition, requiring a balance between feature completeness and development feasibility while the landing page serves as the primary customer acquisition channel.
