Project overview
Get Drum is a professional services automation (PSA) platform designed for consulting firms in the built environment sector—including engineering consultancies, architecture firms, marketing agencies, and design studios. The platform consolidates sales pipeline management, project tracking, time-sheeting, invoicing, and financial reporting into a single integrated system with Xero integration.
We partnered with Get Drum to establish their brand identity and design and develop their marketing website from the ground up. The project required creating a brand that would resonate with professional services firms while building a website that could effectively communicate complex software capabilities to business owners and operations managers evaluating practice management solutions.
The website serves as the primary customer acquisition channel, needing to educate prospects on PSA benefits, demonstrate platform capabilities across multiple use cases and industries, and convert visitors into demo bookings and trial users.

Challenges
Establishing brand identity in competitive market
The PSA and practice management software space includes established players serving professional services firms. Get Drum's brand needed to differentiate the platform while establishing credibility as a viable solution for firms transitioning from spreadsheets or switching from existing tools.
Communicating value to non-technical audiences
The primary decision-makers are firm principals, managing directors, and operations managers who prioritize business outcomes over technical features. The website needed to translate software capabilities into tangible business benefits—reduced administrative overhead, improved project profitability visibility, faster invoicing cycles—that resonate with these audiences.
Multi-industry positioning
Get Drum serves consulting engineers, architects, marketing agencies, and design firms—industries with different workflows and terminology. The website architecture needed to speak to shared pain points while demonstrating platform relevance for each specific vertical.
Complex feature set presentation
The platform encompasses sales CRM, proposal creation, project management, time tracking, expense management, invoicing, financial reporting, and workload planning. Presenting this breadth of functionality without overwhelming visitors required careful information architecture and progressive disclosure strategies.

Solution
Distinctive brand identity
We developed a brand identity that balances professionalism with approachability. The visual system communicates reliability and capability while avoiding the corporate stiffness often associated with enterprise software. The brand positioning emphasizes "single source of truth" and workflow consolidation—addressing the core pain point of managing consulting businesses across disconnected tools.
Outcome-focused messaging framework
The website leads with business outcomes rather than feature lists. The homepage immediately addresses the primary pain point—firms "outgrowing spreadsheets"—and presents the core value proposition: consolidated workflows, Xero integration, and improved visibility. Each feature section connects functionality to specific business benefits: time saved, improved profitability, faster payment cycles.
Industry-specific pathways
The website includes dedicated landing pages for consulting engineers, architects, marketing agencies, and design firms. Each industry page speaks to sector-specific workflows and challenges while demonstrating how Get Drum's capabilities apply to that vertical. This structure allows prospects to self-select their industry and see relevant use cases.
